For Khipu it is very important to be aware of the situations, events or behaviors that may generate a breach of Law No. 20,393 (Law of Criminal Responsibility of the Legal Person). This is why we promise that all complaints received in the complaint form will be reviewed and investigated according to current regulations, if the case deserves it.

We have created this reporting channel so that clients, suppliers, collaborators, shareholders and/or the general public can report any of the following crimes:

• Money laundering
• Financing of terrorism
• Bribery of public employees
• Posession of stolen goods
• Corruption between individuals
• Misappropriation
• Unfair administration
• Incompatible negotiation
• Instructing a worker in quarantine or sanitary isolation to attend the workplace
