The company was conceived and founded by Roberto Opazo and Emilio Davis at the end of 2011. In 2013, Luís Hernán Paúl joined as an angel investor and board member. Currently, the ownership of the company is shared with other strategic team members: friends, relatives, and many other people who became investors through a crowdfunding round managed on Broota.
