For a natural or legal person to be able to collect using Khipu, they must sign the mandate in which they request Khipu to carry out the collection tasks on their behalf. This mandate is signed by accession.

The contract is signed electronically on the website using an “I accept” button and to validate the identity of the signer we make sure that you have previously paid using a bank account with your identification data.

It is very simple, to sign it you must have a user configured in Khipu and choose any of the options that allow you to create a charging account. The system will validate if the contract is signed and will ask you to sign it, if necessary.

Although the process is very simple, it has the disadvantage that there is no negotiation of the contract. Just, as you understand that it is impossible for us to negotiate different contracts per client for a service like this, we understand that it is important that the contract is clear and contains everything that is relevant. We have worked inspired by that idea, but if you think that there is something important that we should explain better, we will love to know it. An adhesion contract is a type of contract whose clauses are drawn up by only one of the parties (Khipu, in our case), and the other one is limited to accept or reject the contract integrally. It sounds harsh and unfair, but the law is responsible for compensating those who accept a contract by adhesion, interpreting in their favor everything that is not clearly and explicitly indicated in it. So, for us, it’s hard too.

The idea is never have to use the contract. We work so that our service is liked by everyone.
