Daily transaction report – via email

Every day, all transactions successfully processed the previous day (between 00:00 and 23:59 hrs.) are reported by email (to the emails configured for the collector). Example:Email– Attachment

Daily collection summary – via email

Every time a rendition of funds is made, all the transactions that were considered in the rendition are sent by email (to the emails configured for the collector). Example:Email– Attachment

Monthly summary of payments and renditions – via emai

At the end of each month, Khipu informs by email all the transactions and renditions processed during the previous month. Example: Email – Attachment

Accountability report for automation – via webservice

Every time a rendition of funds is carried out, an encrypted JSON file with the information of all reconciled transactions is sent via webservice (if requested by the customer in the merchant configuration). Settings:

• · E-mail: To configure e-mail notifications you must log in into your Khipu account and go to “Account Options”. In the “e-mail Notifications” section you must configure the e-mails for each of the available options.
• Webservice: To receive notifications first you must log in into your Khipu account and go to “Account options”. In the “Integrate Khipu to your website” section you must add the URL where your website will listen to the instant notifications of renditions and define the version of the notifications API that you want to use.
